Will this work outdoor during raining season?

I think the bulbs would work outdoors. But I am not sure about the light fixture that you would use. You would have to check on the light fixture

Can this bulb be used in a sealed landscape spot?

We use these in soffit down lights. The receptacle is not enclosed, but is almost enclosed. They don't generate much heat, so I would think they would be okay in a closed one.
