Q2.Are your samples free or need cost?

A:Of course,all of type sample are free, and freight collect. The freight cost can be returned back to you after order placed. You're welcomed to email us for checking.

Q3.What is your payment term ?

A:Dear customer, we can accept  T/T  30% deposit,70% balance before shipping

Q4.Can you do the designs for us?

A:Yes, of course. If you need to design packaging and carton box yourself, please inform us, we will quote according to your requirement. If you don't have any requirements, we'll quote you according to our regular packing  

Q5.What about the lead time for mass production?

A:generally. In off-peak season, Within 25-30days after received the customer deposit. In busy season, Within 40-45days after received the customer deposit. We will delivery goods asap.

Q6. Do you have any MOQ limit?

A: It depends on the products,general 2000pcs.
